Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care travel assignment in Franklin, NH. Start date: 06/01/2026. Duration: 12 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,039–$1,125 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Setting: skilled nursing / long-term care.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document patient responses per MAR
- Monitor patient conditions, perform vital signs, and report changes promptly
- Provide routine nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Support wound care, safety measures, and infection-control practices
- Collaborate with the RN supervisor and interdisciplinary team to implement care plans
- Complete timely, accurate charting and documentation in the electronic health record

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
