Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care (Travel) in Grantsboro, North Carolina, United States. Start date May 30, 2026. Assignment duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,212 to $1,241 per week. Shifts: 3x12 Night shifts (12 hours each; 7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Work setting involves a long-term care and acute rehabilitation care environment. This is a travel - temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with care plans; monitor patient responses and document findings
- Provide basic nursing care and support for activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs, observe for changes in condition, and report to the supervising nurse promptly
- Maintain accurate electronic or paper medical records and ensure timely shift handoffs to the next caregiver
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans; participate in patient rounds and care conferences
- Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment; adhere to infection prevention and safety standards; respond to call lights as needed

Requirements
- Active North Carolina LPN license or compact license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- 1+ year of geriatric LPN experience
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric populations
- Ability to work night shifts (12-hour) and maintain high-quality care in a fast-paced setting
- Good teamwork and communication skills; ability to adapt to a long-term care/acute rehabilitation environment
