Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care travel assignment in Gallup, NM. Start date: 05/29/2026 for 8 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,405–$1,507 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12 nights. Setting: skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct bedside nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision
- Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects, documenting per facility policy
- Monitor vital signs, perform routine assessments, and report changes to the supervising RN
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and coordinate with the health care team to maintain resident safety and comfort
- Assist with wound care, catheter care, mobility, and daily care plans as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and participate in care planning and shift handoffs

Requirements
- Active LPN license (New Mexico) or eligibility to practice in the state
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Ability to work night shifts on a 3x12 schedule and adapt to a long-term care environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
