Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care, Keene, NH. Start date 05/25/2026 for 8 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,434–$1,492 per week. Guaranteed hours: 32. Shift: Night, 23:00–07:30, five nights per week. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility providing long-term resident care. This is a travel - temporary assignment managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely according to physician orders.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, assess condition changes, and document findings in the chart.
- Perform routine wound care and dressing changes as directed; support basic care plans under supervision.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and comfort measures; promote safety and dignity.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians; communicate changes promptly and maintain clear, timely documentation.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire.
- 1+ year of LPN experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Ability to work the night shift (23:00–07:30) and meet guaranteed 32 hours per week.
- Eligible to work in the United States; able to work in New Hampshire.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
