Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a travel assignment in long-term care. Location: Clovis, New Mexico. Start date: 06/01/2026. Duration: 7 weeks. Weekly pay: $785-$801 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of a registered nurse, including routine assessments and monitoring.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document administration accurately.
- Monitor vital signs, clinical status, and report changes promptly to the supervising team.
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, nutrition, and hydration; support restorative care as indicated.
- Perform basic wound care, dressing changes, and catheter care as trained; maintain infection prevention practices.
- Document care activities clearly in patient records and communicate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico; ability to practice in a long-term care setting.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts in a skilled nursing setting.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation.
- Must pass standard employment screenings (e.g., background check, drug screen) as required for assignment.
