Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care, travel assignment in Belen, New Mexico. Start date June 1, 2026 for 8 weeks. Weekly pay range $867-$939 per week, guaranteed hours 36 per week. Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately in resident records.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes to the charge nurse, and implement care plans.
- Perform routine nursing duties such as wound care, vital signs, and monitoring of chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure safety.
- Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly, maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient responses according to facility policy.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Local candidate to the Belen, NM area (LOCAL ONLY)
- Ability to work night shifts on a 3x12 schedule
- Availability for an 8-week travel assignment starting 06/01/2026
- Strong communication and documentation skills in a long-term care setting
