Licensed Practical Nurse (Long-Term Care) needed for a travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date: 05/27/2026. Duration: 16 weeks. Weekly pay: $859-$921 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour shifts (06:00–18:30). Setting: skilled nursing facility providing long-term care.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of an RN, including routine tasks and monitoring.
- Administer medications and treatments per facility policy and physician orders; document administration accurately.
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient condition, and report changes promptly to the nursing team.
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility to support patient comfort, safety, and independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to update care plans and document care in the medical record.
- Maintain infection control standards, uphold safety guidelines, and ensure compliant charting and documentation.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing; NM state license or compact licensure eligible.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or equivalent.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a skilled nursing facility setting; willingness to travel to the assignment location.
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Must pass background check and drug screening; up-to-date immunizations as required.
