Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care in Peterborough, NH, US. Start date: 06/01/2026. Duration: 6 weeks. Weekly pay: 1,366–1,447 USD per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: Night shift (23:00–07:30). Setting: LTC – Nursing Home. This is a travel temporary assignment arranged through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, document responses, and report variances to the supervising RN
- Monitor residents’ condition, perform routine assessments, and record vital signs and changes
- Implement and update care plans in collaboration with the nursing team; assist with activities of daily living
- Provide basic nursing procedures within scope of practice, including wound care and peri-care as trained
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment; observe infection control and safety policies
- Communicate with residents, families, and the care team to ensure coordinated, person-centered care

Requirements
- Local candidates with ability to work in Peterborough, NH area; commuting distance required
- Current LPN license in good standing federal/state requirements for New Hampshire (or eligibility as applicable)
- Diploma from an approved practical nursing program
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- Ability to work the night shift and meet the 40-hour weekly schedule
- Strong documentation and communication skills
