Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care | Keene, NH | Start June 1, 2026 | 6 weeks | $883-$948 per week | 32 guaranteed hours per week | Night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) in a skilled nursing care setting. This is a local-only assignment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct resident care under supervision of an RN, including monitoring status and documenting observations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; ensure accurate medication administration records.
- Perform routine assessments, vital signs, wound care, and report changes to the supervising RN.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and safety throughout the shift.
- Maintain clean, safe, and orderly care environments; adhere to infection control standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing; eligible to practice in New Hampshire.
- 1 year of recent long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) and meet local assignment requirements.
