Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care — Franklin, NH. Start date: 06/01/2026. This travel temporary assignment runs for 3 weeks in a skilled nursing facility setting. Shift is 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). Weekly pay ranges from $1,037 to $1,089, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Local candidates only; overtime is not guaranteed and every other weekend may be required. This assignment focuses on delivering consistent, resident-centered care in a long-term care environment while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, following physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and document outcomes accurately
- Assess residents’ conditions, monitor vital signs, and report changes promptly to the supervising RN
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and modify care plans; ensure documentation is complete and compliant
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compassionate care environment; support activities of daily living and patient comfort; respond to call lights and emergencies as needed

Requirements

- Ability to work a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments preferred
- Strong documentation and communication skills; able to follow established care plans and policies
- Ability to work within a team and adhere to resident safety and quality standards
