Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care in Franklin, New Hampshire. This travel-to-temporary assignment starts on 06/01/2026 for a 7-week contract. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the supervising nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living and patient mobility
- Document care in the electronic health record and update the care plan as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Local candidates only; commuting to Franklin, NH
- Availability to work the 3x12 night shift (19:00–07:30)
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to meet the contracted requirements of a 7-week assignment and 36 hours per week
