Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care, Newport, VT, United States. This 4-week travel assignment starts on 06/01/2026, with guaranteed 36 hours per week on a 3x12-hour night shift in a skilled nursing facility. Local candidates only. Weekly pay is $1,016–$1,110 per week.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following physician orders and facility policy.
- Monitor residents’ health status, including vitals, pain, and mental status; report changes promptly.
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living and mobility support.
- Document care provided in the electronic health record with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with RNs and the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans.
- Ensure safety and infection control practices; manage wound care and routine assessments as assigned.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (state of practice)
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts and meet the schedule
- Ability to work locally in the Newport, VT area
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
