Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This assignment starts on 06/01/2026 and runs for 12 weeks. Weekly pay range is $741-$793 per week, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. The shift is 3x12-hour days, in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care to residents under supervision of an RN, including monitoring health status and responding to changes.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders, documenting administration accurately.
- Assess vital signs, track patient conditions, and communicate findings to the care team to support timely interventions.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, mobility, feeding) while preserving dignity and independence.
- Maintain up-to-date nursing notes and participate in care planning with the interdisciplinary team; ensure care plans reflect resident needs.
- Adhere to infection control, safety procedures, and facility policies; collaborate with team to promote resident well-being and comfort.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour shifts and meet the guaranteed hours
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills; able to work in a long-term care setting
