Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care travel assignment in Santa Fe, New Mexico, United States. Local candidates only. Start date 06/01/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,022–$1,068 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Setting: LTC - Nursing Home. Employment Type: Travel - Temporary Assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per the plan of care established by the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while documenting administration and monitoring for effects.
- Conduct routine and focused assessments, identifying changes in resident condition and communicating findings to the supervising nurse.
- Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, therapists, and social services to support comprehensive resident care and safety.
- Maintain accurate and timely charting, including vital signs, assessments, procedures, and care provided during night shifts.
- Ensure infection control, safety protocols, and resident safety during the shift, including fall risk mitigation and wound care as indicated.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (state of practice)
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts in a long-term care environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Good standing with the licensing board and ability to pass standard pre-employment checks
