Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per orders under supervision and within regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, take vitals, document findings, and report changes promptly to the supervising RN.
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide essential personal care during night shifts.
- Perform basic wound care, dressing changes, and routine nursing procedures as directed.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation, including MARs and care plans, and ensure thorough handoffs at shift change.
- Promote safety, infection control, and fall prevention; respond to emergencies per facility policy and protocol.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- LPN diploma from an accredited program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 1+ year of practical nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts and meet 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Must be able to perform duties under supervision of a registered nurse and adhere to applicable state and facility regulations
