Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This travel, temporary assignment starts on June 1, 2026 and runs for 5 weeks. Earn $860–$906 per week with 36 guaranteed hours. Shift pattern is three 12-hour day shifts (06:30–19:00). Work is in a long-term care setting caring for residents requiring direct nursing care. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration; due to current staffing, med passes will be conducted on the hall by the LPN.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, with typical assignments ranging from 1 to 30 residents per shift; monitor and respond to changes in condition.
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including MARs, care plans, and progress notes; communicate changes to the nurse in charge.
- Respond to call bells and emergencies; collaborate with the health care team to implement individualized care plans.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and charting policies; perform routine assessments, vital signs, and basic wound care as needed.
- Complete required onboarding and training prior to floor duties and maintain competence with standard procedures and protocols.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico or eligible for licensure in NM
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program (LPN diploma)
- Ability to perform medication administration without med tech assistance
- Local candidates for Albuquerque area; willingness to work 3x12-hour day shifts (06:30–19:00)
- Ability to complete onboarding/training prior to providing floor care
- Experience in long-term care or elderly resident care is preferred
