Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult residents under the supervision of a registered nurse

- Perform basic wound care, routine nursing procedures, and personal care tasks
- Document in charts and communicate effectively with the care team to support care planning

Requirements

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and meet guaranteed weekly hours
- Comfortable providing care in a geriatric long-term care setting
