Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care travel assignment in Livingston, Montana. Start date June 8, 2026 for 13 weeks. Nights on a 12-hour shift schedule with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Weekly pay range of $1,135-$1,160 per week. This travel - temporary assignment takes place in a long-term care (LTC) nursing home setting and is facilitated by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of a registered nurse in a long-term care setting, including monitoring status, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring comfort and safety.
- Administer prescribed medications and document doses accurately in the electronic health record per policy and nursing standards.
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, respond to deviations, and report findings to the supervising RN for ongoing care planning.
- Assist with activities of daily living (nutrition support, mobility, hygiene) and perform routine nursing tasks such as wound care assistance and dressing changes within scope.
- Maintain accurate, complete documentation in the electronic health record; collaborate with the care team to implement and adjust individualized care plans.

Requirements
- Active Montana LPN license in good standing
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work night shifts (12-hour shifts) with flexibility to cover additional shifts if needed
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment; valid driver’s license and transportation may be required
- Ability to meet standard onboarding requirements, including background check and health screening, as part of onboarding
