Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Livingston, Montana, United States. This travel, temporary assignment begins May 25, 2026 and runs for 8 weeks. Expect a weekly pay range of $1,378 to $1,453 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Schedule is Day shift (12-hour shifts). Setting: long-term care (LTC) – Nursing Home.

Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care to residents, including monitoring condition and delivering treatments per plan of care.
- Administer medications and validations, observe for adverse effects, and document responses accurately.
- Perform head-to-toe assessments, document findings, and report changes to the supervising RN.
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, wound care, and routine hygiene for residents.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and update individualized care plans.
- Maintain infection control practices, safe medication administration, and resident safety; respond to emergencies and escalate as needed.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or the ability to obtain quickly.
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts with a Fri–Thu facility work week.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills; proficient with standard clinical software and charting.
