TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It delivers valuable real-life experiences and inspires users to explore the world around them.

With the mission of "Discover great places, Empower local businesses" Local Services aims to be the most trusted platform to discover great places and connect local businesses. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth.

We are on the lookout for Key Account Managers who can drive growth and enrich our ecosystem. TikTok's local service partnerships are a critical means of accelerating the platform's service offerings to users and merchants. As a Key Account Manager, you are expected to provide deep product insights and ongoing consultative support to TikTok's product and local service teams. The immediate focus will be on top local service partners in travel and leisure to further accelerate service offerings on TikTok.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Development and Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key travel partners. Understand the specific needs and goals of each partner. Collaborate with partners on product integration, optimization, and performance improvement. Negotiate and manage partner contracts and agreements.

2. Product Strategy and Development: Work with internal cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product initiatives. Analyze partner performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Provide input on product roadmap and feature enhancements.

3. Content Strategy and Operations: Ensure that content meets supply & quality standards and aligns with partner business goals. Collaborate with content teams to develop and optimize content strategies for partners

4. Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to partners and internal teams.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as product, engineering, data and operations to ensure successful partner management. Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
