Our Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Newport currently provides transactional finance services to 10 European entities and is on an exciting journey to expand its global scope, transitioning towards a Global Business Services (GBS) model over the next four to five years.
This 12-month fixed-term role will support the expansion of the SSC Europe. As a T&E Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate audit of travel and expense submissions, employee queries and as required support payment activities. You will join a 3-person T&E team that currently supports 11 European entities.
ROLE PURPOSE: Deliver accurate, policy-compliant T&E audit and payment support while providing a responsive service to employees and stakeholders.
Occasional domestic and international travel, including to the United States, may be required as part of this role
Previous experience in a transactional finance team is preferable
AAT would advantageous
