About the department
The Travel and Expense Management team, as a part of Accounts Payable, is mainly responsible for employee’s business trips settlement, business expenses settlement, credit card management, preparation of documentation for payment process, control over employees’ expenses and communication. Come to join our ambitious and curious team! We are looking for smart and talented TEM specialist, to join our team supporting over 30 offices worldwide.

About the role
At your job you'll be mostly responsible for:
• Communication with Coloplast employees globally (over 30 entities)
• Control over employee’s business spend and expenses
• Reconciliation of balance sheet account, reconciliation of employees’ credit card
• Month-end closing activities, including reconciliations
• Credit Card Management, issuing credit cards for employees, limit change on credit cards, etc.
• Credit card statement booking
• Reporting

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is eager and a fast learner, and very well-organized. Join us if you have a set of the following skills:

• Good knowledge of English, min. B1
• Experience or background in Travel and Expense Management will be appreciated
• Good command of Excel – talent to adjust unstructured information into clear, concise written summaries and reports
• Good communication skills
• Team player attitude
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Engagement and openness to projects
