As a T&E Compliance Analyst supporting Korean-speaking affiliate markets, you will take ownership of evaluating employee expense claims, ensuring operations strictly align with corporate policies, procedures, and external regulatory standards.
In this impactful role, you will:
Drive Financial & Policy Compliance: Assess employee expense submissions in a timely, accurate manner against established corporate policies and regulatory frameworks.
Document & Audit Operations: Maintain clear, thorough audit records of compliance assessment results within our expense management systems.
Resolve & Escalate Issues: Identify non-compliant trends, recommend actionable resolution plans, and escalate complex findings to regional and affiliate leadership.
Support Knowledge & Reporting: Assist in preparing periodic compliance reports and training materials to keep teams aligned on process updates.
Advance Process Improvement: Collaborate with global and regional peers to refine compliance documentation, streamline review manuals, and enhance operational workflows.
Participate in Strategic Projects: Contribute your expertise to global compliance programs, audit initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
You are an analytical, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of integrity and professional skepticism. You possess sharp problem-solving abilities, communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, and excel at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Your Qualifications:
Educational Background: You hold a University Degree (Bachelor's or equivalent), preferably in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
Professional Experience: You bring at least 2 years of experience in compliance reviews, internal audit, or financial control within a regulated corporate environment or professional services firm. (Candidates with under 2 years of experience are welcome to be considered at the Associate level).
Language Excellence: You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional fluency in English and Korean to effectively support our Korean-speaking affiliate clusters.
Analytical & Technical Savvy: You demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficient data evaluation capabilities, and comfort working with enterprise expense management tools and spreadsheet software.
Adaptability & Project Skills: You bring a collaborative spirit, strong organization skills, and an interest in participating in continuous improvement projects.
