About the Role

The Travel & Expense (T&E) Analyst position reports to the Senior Director of Treasury. The T&E Analyst’s principal responsibility will be to manage the daily operations of the T&E program at Blackboard This includes, but is not limited to, approving expense reports, managing global card programs both domestically and internationally, and reconciling T&E charges in our expense travel tool, Concur. In addition, the position will manage travel for the company and work closely with the Senior Travel & Expense Analyst.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Senior Analyst of Travel and Expense with managing the Global Corporate T&E program
  • Researching and reconciling corporate credit card charges and Concur accounts daily for both domestic and internationalemployees
  • Monitoring compliance withBlackboard Global T&E Policy, corporate card, and expense reporting policies and procedures
  • Providing support for the Concur Expense Reimbursement platform and Corporate Travel and Expense Card programs for US, Canada, Australia, and Europe
  • Providing direction to employees on proper usage of Concur and Corporate Cards
  • Providing timely resolution of employee inquiries
  • Analyzing corporate card account delinquencies and managing escalations to resolve
  • Providing guidance to employees on proper expense & corporate card policies and procedures
  • Escalating policy concerns and violations to employees and management as necessary
  • Monitoring payroll notifications for employee cardholder transfers and terminations
  • Managing card account limits, authorization declines and paymentissues
  • Coordinating, processing and approving corporate cardapplications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of credit card products and travel and expense processing
  • Strong knowledge ofConcur
  • Excellent problem solving and organizationskills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in a large corporate environment with employees locatedglobally
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Fluency in written and spokenEnglishat CEFR B2 level or above
