Your Key Responsibilities

• Accurate processing of financial data, identifying and correcting errors
• Analyzing financial data and drawing conclusions to improve settlement processes
• Maintaining confidentiality when handling financial and personal data
• Adhering to professional ethical standards and taking responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of settlements
• Providing outstanding support and assistance to internal customers, ensuring their needs and queries related to financial settlements are addressed promptly and effectively
• Closely collaborating and actively engaging with the local Finance team during and after the transition process

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in economics or a related field
• Practical experience in accounting, particularly in business travel or employee expense settlements
• Practical experience with SAP/Concur would be an asset
• Knowledge of Polish business travel settlement regulations would be an asset
• Good understanding of national and international accounting standards and tax regulations related to business travel settlements
• Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of C1 proficiency
• Intermediate proficiency in German (minimum B1 level)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective time management and task prioritization skills
• Customer orientation and a proactive approach
