Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly dependable Travel & Events Intern to support our Travel Coordinator in managing the end-to-end coordination of business travel and event logistics. This is a high-pressure role that requires exceptional responsiveness, trustworthiness, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for staff and partners across multiple regions.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in booking domestic and international flights, accommodations, visas, ground transport, and other travel logistics.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, and travel arrangements for attendees.
  • Prepare and update travel itineraries, schedules, and related documentation.
  • Respond to travel-related queries promptly and conduct timely follow-ups until closure.
  • Maintain organised records of bookings, payments, and reports.
  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, travel agents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support in generating weekly/monthly travel reports.
Skills & Experience
  • Diploma in Tourism & Travel Management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good computer proficiency (MS Office Suite; travel or booking platforms a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness — must handle company and employee sensitive travel data responsibly.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
  • Exposure to flight booking processes or working with travel agents/airlines.
