We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a rehabilitation therapy assignment at Western Sky Community Care Center in Grant, Nebraska. This position offers a consistent 5×8-hour shift schedule within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The COTA will work as part of the rehabilitation team to provide occupational therapy services and support patients with their functional and rehabilitation goals. Candidates must have BLS certification and a current Nebraska state license or compact license The facility will consider new graduate COTAs for this assignment.
The COTA will collaborate with occupational therapists, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, and other members of the care team while providing appropriate services within their scope of practice. A 90% productivity requirement applies to the position, and candidates should be comfortable meeting established productivity expectations. This opportunity is suitable for an experienced COTA or qualified new graduate seeking a structured rehabilitation assignment in Grant, Nebraska, with a regular shift schedule and a skilled nursing environment.
