Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL - USA

Hybrid: 3 days onsite/2 days Hybrid

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

· Serves as a guardian of The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and is a positive role model, prioritizing the culture, driving appreciation, energizing personal service, enlivening empowerment, cultivating quality, leading with compassion and accountability, inspiring innovation, and celebrating successes.

· Arranges flights for crew joining, leaving, training, and transfer movements, selecting routings and fares that balance cost, journey comfort, and schedule reliability against Company travel policy.

· Arranges lodging, ground transportation, and meal provisions where journey length or connection timing requires them.

· Provides responsive support to Ladies and Gentlemen experiencing travel disruptions, rebooking flights and adjusting arrangements in coordination with Mobilization Specialists until each traveler is safely on their way.

· Manages ticketing changes, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring value is recovered and records are accurate.

· Maintains booking data quality and contributes to reporting on travel spend, average fare, and disruption recovery.

· Provides coverage as part of a distributed team supporting fleet operations across time zones, coordinating handoffs so Ladies and Gentlemen in transit are supported around the clock.

· Partners with the Company's travel partners on fares, schedule changes, and irregular operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or travel industry certification preferred.

· Minimum of two (2) years of experience in airline reservations, corporate travel booking, or travel operations; experience with marine or offshore crew travel and marine fares strongly preferred.

· Demonstrated proficiency with travel booking systems, and command of fare rules, routing logic, and ticketing changes.

· Willingness to work a schedule aligned to fleet operations across time zones, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or on-call rotation as assigned.

· Composure and warmth under time pressure; the role supports people, not just itineraries.

· Experience working in a diverse and multi-cultural environment required.

· Proficient in the use of computers and standard office software.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the Lady or Gentleman is regularly required to sit for extended periods; use hands and fingers for sustained computer work; talk and hear, including by telephone and video conference across multiple time zones; and occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus for prolonged screen use.

The position operates on a schedule aligned to fleet operations across time zones, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call coverage. Periodic time aboard the Company's yachts may be required; while embarked, the Lady or Gentleman must be physically able to participate in emergency lifesaving procedures and drills applicable to visitors and supernumeraries, and to move safely about a vessel at sea, including the use of stairs and watertight doors.

COMMUNICATION

All Ladies and Gentlemen must be able to communicate in the English language in order to understand and interpret written procedures. This includes the ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms and to effectively present information and respond to questions from guests, supervisors, and co-workers.
