Symbos is looking for a Travel Coordinator to support the day-to-day travel requirements of a client team. You’ll coordinate everything from approved travel requests and bookings through to itineraries, changes and cancellations, helping ensure every trip is accurate, compliant and well organised.

What’s in it for you?

• Hybrid arrangement with one WFH day per week, subject to conditions
• Opportunity to build experience coordinating end-to-end business travel and working with multiple stakeholders

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate flights, accommodation and ground transportation
• Check travel requests and required approvals before booking
• Prepare accurate itineraries and booking confirmations
• Manage changes, cancellations and urgent travel requests
• Keep travel records and supporting documentation complete and up to date
• Coordinate with travellers, managers and travel providers
• Ensure bookings follow company travel policies, budgets and agreed service levels

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years’ experience in travel coordination, administration or customer service
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good Microsoft Office skills

Great if you also have

• Experience using travel booking platforms
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Experience working in a shared services or BPO environment
