About the Project
HumeLink is a major transmission project that will strengthen the NSW electricity network. The East section delivers new transmission lines and infrastructure to support reliable power flow across the state. The project includes complex approvals, stakeholder interfaces, and works across diverse environments. ACCIONA plays a key role in delivering safe, sustainable outcomes.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised Travel Coordinator to manage all travel logistics for personnel working across the HumeLink East Project. In this role, uou will be responsible for end-to-end travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with company policies while providing a smooth and positive experience for all staff.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, hire vehicles, shuttles, and site transfers.
Maintain an up-to-date travel schedule for project teams and contractors.
Work closely with site management to understand travel requirements, rosters, and workforce movements.
Monitor travel costs and ensure bookings align with approved budgets and travel policies.
Support mobilisation and demobilisation of project personnel.
Resolve travel-related issues promptly (e.g., cancellations, delays, rebooking).
Liaise with travel suppliers and maintain strong working relationships.
Prepare regular travel reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and wellbeing standards for all travel arrangements
Required Skills and Competencies
Previous experience in travel coordination, project administration, or logistics (energy or construction industry experience highly regarded).
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or travel booking platforms.
Solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
