Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage inbound travel operations, ensuring smooth execution of travel services.
• Design and create customized tour packages and itineraries based on client preferences.
• Handle client inquiries and provide expert advice on travel solutions.
• Apply strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals and exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inbound operations within the travel industry.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills to secure and close travel deals.
• Ability to create tailor-made tour packages and itineraries.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
