✈️ Key Responsibilities:
• Create customized holiday and travel packages
• Handle client inquiries and travel consultations
• Prepare attractive quotations and detailed itineraries
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and travel suppliers
• Manage reservations and bookings from inquiry to confirmation
• Support clients with travel documentation and visa guidance
• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel
🎯 What We're Looking For:
✔ 2+ years of experience in outbound tourism, travel consultancy, or tour operations
✔ Strong knowledge of popular international destinations
✔ Experience creating and selling holiday packages
✔ Excellent customer service and sales skills
✔ Strong communication and negotiation abilities
✔ Ability to manage multiple bookings with high attention to detail
✔ Good English proficiency
⭐ Preferred Experience:
• Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or other GDS systems
• Hotelbeds, RateHawk, Expedia TAAP, or similar travel platforms
• Honeymoon, luxury, family, and group travel packages
• Visa support and travel documentation processes
