Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (LTCA) – Monterey, California, United States. Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents under the LTCA scope, following the approved plan of care
- Conduct initial evaluations, establish goals, and implement evidence-based treatment strategies to improve functional independence
- Document progress and outcomes in the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) system; update plans of care as needed
- Collaborate with the therapy team and other disciplines; participate in care planning, progress meetings, and discharge coordination
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to facility policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Active California license (COTA) to practice
- SNF experience required
- Proficiency with Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility setting on days
- Availability to start 08/31/2026 and commit to a 13-week assignment
