Overview
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) needed for a travel assignment in Nashua, New Hampshire. Start date: June 1, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,596–$1,711 per week. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Shift: 5x8 days (typical schedule 08:00–16:30). Work setting: long-term care environment. This is a travel - temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Assist the supervising OT in delivering resident-centered therapeutic interventions and activities.
- Implement treatment plans, monitor resident response, and document progress in the chart under supervision.
- Support activities of daily living tasks and functional mobility to promote independence.
- Prepare and modify therapeutic activities, ensure safety, and utilize assistive devices and adaptive equipment as directed.
- Communicate effectively with the OT team and care staff; report changes in resident status promptly.
- Maintain clean, organized treatment areas and comply with infection control and privacy standards.

Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credential or license.
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and participate in a travel assignment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the OT team and care staff.
- Physical ability to assist residents and perform required therapy-related tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to a travel assignment schedule and setting.
