Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Travel assignment in Glendive, Montana. Start date: 05/18/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,340–$1,417 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, following the plan of care
- Support residents with activities of daily living and functional tasks; assist with ROM and therapeutic exercises as prescribed
- Document patient progress, treatment response, and any changes to the plan of care in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
- Prepare treatment materials, manage equipment, and ensure safety and infection control during therapy sessions
- Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team to report progress, barriers, and needed adjustments
- Maintain professional boundaries, patient privacy, and adherence to policies and procedures in the long-term care setting

Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
- Ability to work a days shift in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the care team
- Proficiency with basic documentation and charting practices for therapy sessions
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and meet guaranteed hours
