Responsibilities

• Perform, assist, and complete Cardiac and Vascular Radiographic examinations.
• Conduct active radiographic interventional procedures in the cardiovascular lab using complex, sophisticated equipment.
• Operate equipment to produce digital images of designated body portions as ordered by physicians.
• Position and instruct patients for examinations and perform specialized studies.
• Deliver clinical care with a high level of technical and organizational skill and critical thinking.
• Model, mentor, and train staff on technical skills; provide input into hiring and promotion decisions for staff.

Requirements

• Experience in cardiac and vascular radiographic procedures or interventional radiology is preferred.
• Ability to work in a cardiovascular lab with advanced equipment.
• Strong technical skills, critical thinking, and patient positioning abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration within a clinical team.
• Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern and travel assignment.
