Job Title: Travel BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Location Nationwide (U.S.)

Contract Lengths 6, 8, or 12 Months

Compensation $2,500/week

Settings Available School-Based and Clinic-Based

We are seeking experienced and flexible Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for travel contract positions across the U.S. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians looking to make an impact in new communities while earning a highly competitive weekly rate.

We offer school-based and clinic-based contracts, tailored to your expertise and preferences, with assignments available nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and ABA therapists, providing ongoing training and support
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor and analyze data to ensure treatment effectiveness
• Provide parent and staff training when appropriate
• Maintain documentation in accordance with HIPAA and BACB ethical standards
• Optionally support IEP goals in school-based settings

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• At least 1 year of independent BCBA experience preferred
• Ability to relocate temporarily or travel for assignments
• Comfortable with either school or clinic-based service delivery
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
