The Travel and Expenses Analyst is responsible for supporting the end‑to‑end process of Employee Travel and Expense (T&E) reimbursements across all entities. This includes auditing, administration, coding, processing, and account reconciliation. The role ensures compliance with company policies while providing excellent support to internal customers.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform Travel and Expense reimbursement audits in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Manage and generate Concur system access for users.
Provide T&E support and troubleshooting to employees and stakeholders.
Reconcile monthly P‑Card (Purchasing Card) transactions.
Update and maintain travellers profiles in Concur.
Oversee and resolve T&E audit remediation activities.
Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.

Education and Experience

Experience with Concur or other T&E systems is beneficial.

The position is hybrid work at our Guadalajara Office.
