Your work

Assist customers via multiple channels (email or phone) in an enthusiastic and professional manner.

Support customers in managing reservations, cancellations, and billing inquiries.

Attract potential customers by answering questions about car rental bookings and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet customer needs.

Gather information from new customers and enter it into the platform.

Process and respond promptly to contact requests.

Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.

Requirements

  • Fluent speaker of Portuguese (C1+) + Good knowledge of English (B2)
    Availability to work in shifts
  • Excellent communication skills combined with empathy and team spirit.
  • Availability for rotating schedules.
  • Love identifying customer needs and proposing quick solutions.
  • Valid Work Permit from Portugal / Eu Id
