As a Trash Bin Cleaning Technician, you are the face of our "servitude" mission. You will manage a high-volume route (30–35 stops per day), ensuring every customer receives a sanitized, deodorized, and spotless bin. This role offers the freedom of independent outdoor work backed by the structure of a scaling service business.
Route Mastery: Safely operate company vehicles and navigate 30–35 service stops daily using a tablet-based GPS system.
Precision Cleaning: Load and maneuver bins; operate specialized cleaning equipment to wash, sanitize, and deodorize.
Technical Reporting: Use a tablet to log service notes, capture before-and-after photos, and maintain accurate digital records.
Equipment Care: Conduct daily preventative maintenance checks (water, oil, coolant) and manage opening/closing checklists.
Customer Excellence: Represent the brand professionally, ensuring high service quality and minimal customer complaints.
Experience: Previous background in general labor (landscaping, painting, maintenance, or delivery) is highly preferred.
Reliability: You are the person who is always 5 minutes early. Punctuality is a non-negotiable requirement.
Physical Grit: Ability to perform repetitive labor, including lifting, bending, and climbing in/out of the truck throughout the shift.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using tablets for routing and data entry.
Requirements: Must be 25+ years old (for insurance), hold a Valid Driver’s License, and have a Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Competitive Pay: $700.00 per week with performance-based increases.
Stability: Structured routes with consistent morning hours, allowing you to finish your workday by early afternoon.
Growth Path: Long-term advancement opportunities as the business scales, including expanded responsibilities after a 90-day mastery period.

Regular schedule: Monday – Saturday (5-Day Rotating Shift) | ~7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
