The Transversal Platform Capabilities Owner is a senior product leadership role responsible for the discovery, implementation, and evolution of key transversal platform capabilities across the organization, playing a key role as an enabler of the organization's transition from a product-centric model to a platform-driven model. The role exists to transform fragmented business solutions into scalable, reusable platform capabilities that serve multiple products and business lines, ensure consistent E2E implementation of complex rules, and that core capabilities (such as pricing, billing, payments, analytics, partner onboarding) are designed once, built once, and leveraged across the organization to increase speed, consistency, and economic efficiency. This role leads heavily through influence, strong stakeholder management, and ownership.

Domains are functionally owned by corresponding departments, the Transversal Platform Capabilities Owner does not own domain rules or operations, but owns the capabilities and end-to-end implementation, integration, and change propagation across the (digital) Pluxee landscape, and this by working closely with the domain Subject Matter Experts (SME).
Scope may evolve based on strategic priorities.
