About the Job

• Manage and optimize transport operations, fixed charter fleet, and linehaul network;
• Build strong customer relationships and support Sales in business development;
• Coordinate daily operations with customers, carriers, drivers, and warehouses;
• Handle spot quotes, pricing calculations, RFQs, and tenders;
• Plan routes, schedules, and return loads while ensuring legal compliance (ADR, driving times, weights);
• Source and negotiate with transport partners and customers;
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement.

About You

• You are an experienced Road Scheduler with a minimum of 5 years of experience;
• You posses a great understanding of truck equipment, freight forwarding, laws & restrictions as well as insurance & liability in the area of responsibility;
• Good market knowledge and solid business and customer network;
• Dutch and English conversation proof; other languages are a plus;
• You're a strong team player with a commercial mindset;
• You are available for a full-time employment.
