The Transportation & Temp Control - LATAMsupports the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement ofCommercialQuality System Support (CQSS) activities across the Latin America region within QARA International. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with global andregional qualitysystem requirements, supporting audit readiness, and partnering withcross‑functionalstakeholders tomaintainhigh standardsof product quality and patient safety. The position offers strong exposure to regional and global quality systems and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the DePuy Synthes portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Supportday‑to‑dayCQSS activities across LATAM, including documentation, tracking, andfollow‑upof quality system actions and deliverables.
Prepare, review, andmaintainquality systemdocumentation (e.g., SOPs, work instructions, records) in alignment with global standards and regional requirements.
Support internal audits, health authority inspections, and quality system reviews, including preparation of evidence andfollow‑upof corrective actions.
Collect, analyze, and trend quality system data and metrics to support continuous improvement and management review activities.
Assistwith investigation, escalation, and remediation of qualitysystemand compliance issues under guidance from senior quality staff.
Partner with Regulatory Affairs,Commercial, Operations, and othercross‑functionalteams to ensure alignment with quality system and compliance requirements.
Apply DePuy Synthes and Johnson & Johnson quality principles, Credo values, and compliance expectations in all CQSS activities.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degreerequiredin Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, ora relateddiscipline.
Advanced degree orquality‑relatedtrainingpreferred
Experience and Skills
Required
Generallyrequires 0–2 years of relevant experience in quality systems,commercialquality, regulatory, or a related regulated environment, aligned to a developingprofessional‑levelrole.
Foundational knowledge of quality systems, documentation practices, and compliance requirements.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage andmaintainaccuratequality system documentation.
Ability to analyze basic data and support quality system metrics and trend reporting.
Ability to work effectively in across‑functional, regional, and international environment.
Preferred
Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
Familiarity with global quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO,GxP).
Exposure to audit orinspectionreadiness activities.
Experienceusing electronic quality management systems or document management tools.
Experience supporting regional ormulti‑countryquality initiatives.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Other
Languages: Portugueserequired; Englishproficiencypreferred for regional and global collaboration.
