• Resolve system errors, blocks, or interruptions during live operations and escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, airport, airline, Port Authority, TSA, U.S. Customs, hours-of-service, traffic, vehicle-weight, ramp safety, and internal operational requirements.
• Develop, reinforce, and maintain training materials and procedures related to safe vehicle operation, dispatch processes, dock operations, and ramp safety.
• Conduct field observations and coaching to reinforce safe driving practices and operational standards.
• Maintain the dock, ramp, and transportation areas in safe and effective operating condition and report infrastructure or safety concerns promptly.
• Serve as an escalation point for transportation, dispatch, staffing, vehicle, and flight-service challenges.
• Track operational KPIs, analyze performance trends, identify gaps, and recommend action plans that improve service, safety, efficiency, and departmental results.
• Prepare accurate shift reports, incident documentation, irregularity reports, expedited-flight logs, and operational updates for management.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the Operations Manager to support departmental and organizational objectives.
