The Tram Driver Supervisor oversees daily tram operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and guest focused transportation services across the property. This role is responsible for supervising tram drivers, coordinating schedules, maintaining service standards, and ensuring compliance with all safety and operational procedures.
Responsibilities
• Lead, train, and support tram drivers to ensure consistent, high quality service.
• Create and manage driver schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and events.
• Enforce all transportation safety protocols, conduct safety checks, and ensure drivers follow proper procedures.
• Monitor tram routes, timing, and guest flow to maintain efficient operations.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Ensure drivers deliver exceptional guest service and address guest concerns promptly.
• Document and report any operational issues, safety concerns, or guest incidents.
• Ensure trams are clean, well maintained, and reported for service when needed.
Qualifications
• Must have CDL C license with passenger endorsement.
• Must be 21 or over with FL or GA driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to provide own mechanic tools.
• Able to work with hazardous chemicals and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and without supervision.
• Must be ambulatory.
• Must be able to climb stairs, sit or stand for long periods of time, push, occasionally pull or lift 50 lbs.
• Must have full range of motion of both arms and hands.
• Must be able to see and hear

• Outdoor environment with varying weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
