Position Type: Per Diem
Salary Range: $22.02 - $29.09 Hourly

Per Diem Positions at Ampla Health
- This is an unbenefited position that includes a 10% incentive on hourly wage.
Ampla Health is seeking a reliable and professional Transportation Services Driver to safely transport patients between their homes and our health clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive patients to and from appointments as scheduled
- Coordinate with clinics to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
- Maintain accurate transportation logs and submit weekly reports
- Keep the vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Report any traffic incidents or violations within 1 hour
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California Class C driver’s license with no more than 1 point
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and assist patients as needed
- Must complete CPR certification and driver safety training (provided)
