Key Responsibilities:
Safely drive patients to and from appointments as scheduled
Coordinate with clinics to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
Maintain accurate transportation logs and submit weekly reports
Keep the vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained
Report any traffic incidents or violations within 1 hour
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid California Class C driver’s license with no more than 1 point
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and assist patients as needed
Must complete CPR certification and driver safety training (provided)
