Job Description

ROW IB team is seeking a highly motivated transportation representative to help manage daily operational activities centrally across FCs. Our teams' objective is to manage the execution of freight planning for all carriers/sellers/vendors and fulfillment centres. This is a chance to work in an innovative team, participating in operational excellence, system support, process and design the inbound ecosystem. The transportation representative will support carriers, Associates, and Management while ensuring program standards for individual and team performance are met. A transportation representative at ROW IB is responsible for appointment planning & scheduling, flow of information among stakeholders and taking day on day decisions accurately in a timely manner.

Key job responsibilities
Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times
Provides/ expedites prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers/ delivery partners
Effectively manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix
Demonstrate excellent time-management skills
Maintains or exceeds targeted performance metrics
Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements

A day in the life
A transportation Representative is responsible for planning and execution of appointment scheduling in a timely manner within an ambiguous environment using data analysis and other tools. This requires high level of ownership by facilitating flow of information, reporting progress and identifying blockers & providing resolutions. An transportation Representative will insist on high standards by effective planning of appointments and identifying gaps and risks in current mechanisms.

About the team
Rest of World Inbound (ROW IB) team is a vertical of ROW APEX, India Operations. Our team objective is to provide the hassle free and smooth inbounding experience to all sellers and vendors across amazon fulfillment centres. The team is responsible to plan the freight delivery across fulfillment centres and perform rescue operations, and contingency management.

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree, or 1+ years of work experience
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- #Ability to concentrate and follow up on issues without distraction to resolution.
- #Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of logistics experience
- # Deep diving skills
