Our Kiev based team is looking for candidates for the position: Transportation Operations Planner
Role responsibilities:
Completing work processes in SAP and TMS to ensure that all orders (Truckload, LTL, parcel, etc.) have carriers assigned, valid pickup times, and use the proper mode, carrier, and route.
Work with carriers to ensure daily & weekly capacity and service commitments are met, and to ensure rejected loads are covered at the optimal cost.
Utilizing Event Monitoring to identify potential concerns, follow-up to minimize impact on results and ensure clear communication.
Work with Customer Teams to support emergency requests, help resolve capacityissues, and ensure clear communication.
Collaborate with Ship Sites to identify and resolve any capacity and schedule issues to avoid Customer Service or cost impacts.
Performing trend analysis for key measures and drives continual improvement in standard work processes.
Leading continuous improvement efforts in the transportation area.

Job Qualifications
The Role Requires:
Ability to fluently communicate in English and Ukrainian
Excellent MS Office Package skills (especially MS Excel).
Previous experience in Supply Chain would be an advantage
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong priority setting and discipline.
Can-do approach.
Ability to continuously learn and develop.
Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
