We are seeking a Fleet & Transportation Manager to oversee safe, reliable and cost-effective transportation services for our residents and team members. Reporting to the Director of Facilities, this position will lead day-to-day transportation operations, driver scheduling and supervision, fleet maintenance coordination, compliance, and transportation planning.
This is an important leadership role that directly supports our residents by ensuring dependable transportation for medical appointments, outings, special events, and other community needs, while also managing employee shuttle services.
The ideal candidate is an organized, safety-minded leader who enjoys solving logistical challenges, supporting a team, and providing exceptional service to residents.
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 / Annually DOE
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of our residents. Reliable transportation is an essential part of maintaining independence, connection, and quality of life, and your leadership will help ensure our residents can get where they need to go safely and comfortably.
You'll also play an important role in supporting our team members and helping create a dependable, well-run transportation program across the community.
